Ordainment of a Friend

My fiance and I asked our friend to marry us, but I have no idea where to go to find out about getting him ordained and we live in pa but are getting married in fl. does anyone know where i could find out info about this? i tried googling but a lot of the sites looked bogus to me. thanks!
